Our investors contribute capital to the purchase of properties and directly own assets with Hudson Hall Properties as passive partners. Investors receive distributions for the life of the investment, including from profits generated by cash flow and the sale of the property.

Monthly rental income, paying down loan principle, appreciation, and increasing property worth through value add improvements over the course of ownership
PAYOUT
Initial capital returned after refinance and sale of property (plus your equity stake payout from the sale). After operating costs are paid, loan payments are made and reserves are set aside, the remaining net income is distributed to investors monthly
TAX BENEFITS
Depreciation of the asset can be used to reduce taxes. This is generally tax-deductible and can offset some or even all the taxes on returns until property is sold
